- How far ahead should we book?
- December fills up fast, so ask as early as you can. Barista service books on a first-come basis; drop-off catering needs at least 3 business days' notice, weekends not counted.
- Can you serve in our office or a rented hall?
- Yes: the cart is made for indoors. It needs one standard outlet within 50 ft and a flat, level area about 8 × 8 ft. No water: we bring and filter our own.
- What about an outdoor party in December?
- Our outdoor season ends in November, so the holidays are indoor events. For something outdoors, send us a custom request and we'll see what we can do.
- How many people can you serve?
- Barista service is for 35 to 500+ guests, with extra baristas as needed. Drop-off catering is for 24 to 150 people. A smaller party? Send a custom request: we quote events from 10 guests.
- Can we have a signature drink for the party?
- Ask us: we'll talk through a drink for your team, a custom menu board or signage when we plan your day.
- Where do you deliver?
- Drop-off catering goes to Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and Waterdown and the towns nearby: the quote form lists every city we deliver to, with its delivery fee. Barista service also travels to Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek and Milton, the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto, North York and Woodbridge) and the Niagara Region (Grimsby, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and wine country), where a mileage fee applies.
