- How far ahead should we book?
- We suggest reaching out 3–6 months ahead. If your date is sooner, it's always worth asking: we'll fit you in if we can.
- How many guests can you serve?
- Our barista service starts at 35 guests and goes to 500+, with extra baristas as needed so no one waits long. A smaller celebration? Send a custom request: we quote events from 10 guests.
- What does our venue need to provide?
- No water: we bring and filter our own. The cart needs one standard outlet within 50 ft and a flat, level area about 8 × 8 ft. The trailer needs a clear, level space it can be driven to, and no power. For an outdoor spot without power, we can arrange a generator.
- Can you serve an outdoor or winter wedding?
- The trailer serves outdoor weddings from May 1 to October 31. The cart works indoors all year, and outdoors from April to November, weather permitting. We work through rain if you do.
- Do you travel to Niagara?
- Yes, to the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto, North York and Woodbridge) and the Niagara Region (Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and wine country). Travel there adds a mileage fee, and your quote always shows it.
- How long do you serve for?
- Every booking includes 3 hours of service, and you can add more by the half hour, up to 6 hours. For a longer day, send us a custom request.
